I saw The Constant Gardener too and thought it was a pretty good movie. But I really hope that viewers saw the film, and the book, as good entertainment and not a documentary work or one of advocacy.

People are always saying that the US is doing evil, sure we have our criminals, but at least anyone can say "this so and so is committing a crime and i want to bring him to justice" and not get executed like in many poor countries (coincidence?).
I wish people like this would actually prosecute criminals instead of trying to whip people up ito a paranoid frenzy.
