Copyright absurdity

funferal reports (through Scripting News) that the Joyce estate will sue the Irish government for public readings, if any, in connection with the 100th anniversary of Bloomsday. It appears that in Europe the copyright on James Joyce's works expired in 1991, then went back into copyright in 1995.
