Johnson on OO: As my grandfather used to day, “We can send a message around the world seven times in one second, but it still takes 20 years for that message to go through a quarter inch of human skull.”

The birthday party was great. The party was actually the school’s annual galla, with lanciers and all. Afterwards there was an afterparty without parents or teachers at Vega, a nightclub in central Copenhagen. Everything was total chaos because tickets were still being sold or changed at the very last moment, so we didn’t have the required guest lists until 23:30. Dennis, the organizer, had to disappear into some limos, and Julie, the third-year IB student who was organizing the practical work with checking the tickets, appeared to be having a nervous breakdown. In the end we did manage to get on a taxi and courier the lists to Vega before the buses with students arrived.

090978 claims that the Visor is not discontinued, and forwarded a mail from Jeff Hawkins to that effect.
